Ingredients: Broccoli 3 Chicken breasts 3 cloves of garlic 1 medium onion 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp ginger 2 tsp sesame oil 1/3 soy sauce 1 cup chicken broth 1/4 cup flour Salt and pepper to taste. Instructions: Add olive oil to a grill pan. Once the oil is hot add the chicken breast. Grill chicken breast until done. Set to the side. In a saucepan add the olive oil, garlic, onion. Once cooked a little add the broccoli. Once the broccoli is done add the ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, chicken broth, flour, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add chicken. Mix well. Serve over brown rice.
